poor first half, players looked tired from playing sunday footy ,second half the fans got behind them which seemed to give them a energy boost. Two great goals won the game against a tough rushall team , good turnout tonight i counted 175 for an evening game. Hopefully a crowd of 250 plus saturday , great days are back at the grove , well done lads |

Official attendance 161, Reece, but they came with a squad of about 25 so that might explain the difference! I've heard that they got 2 sent off after the final whistle for calling the ref a f***n cheat! If this is true then we've got a chance of being top of the fairplay league by the end of this month as they were previously top and we were a close third! Although we picked up fewer bookings than any other team in October (four from 5 games) the award is based on an average and Mickleover Sports just pipped us with 5 bookings from 8 games. Well done to the lads who battled against an awkward team and in difficult conditions. We are now seven games unbeaten (5 wins, 2 draws) since we lost to Leek in the Trophy. Another big game at home v Chasetown on Saturday, and with Sheffield away to Rushall its another chance to go top of the league. |

Great three points and with the second half performance i thought we just shaded it anyway!!! Got me new home shirt now aswell!!!! Bet it was the big lad up front that got sent off at the end, he called the ref a f***king cheat on two separate occasions during the match aswell!! Onwards and upwards!!!!
