If the figure seven attending training is true that is a disgrace how can a unibond side go forward when a club of Kidsgrove stature only has this number training when training is the most important aspect of developing a squad. |

Things arent goin to well at the moment i have to agree. There is alot of unrest with players and im sure wardy has got enough on his plate with those concerns and doesnt need the fans to get on his back to add to the worries.Give it a few weeks and a few wins every one will of forgotten what all of the fuss was about. This year we have got some excellant individuals and im sure given a bit of time they will bond and form a strong and succesful outfit.KEEP THE FAITH STAY BLUE. |

That does sound like a full squad pall.Thats true in what u say that people should get their facts right before commenting on mostly things they no very little about. The talk of having players running around in circles seems very hard to beleive.Morris takes the training sessions who is extremely qualified and complete in the sessions that he puts on.The one you watched must of been put on by clueless Jones who has got very little idea of what day it is,never mind on how to run a trainning session. |

If Steve Jones is having no involvement in the coaching sessions what exactly is he doin down the grove besides collecting his wages each week. I cant see him giving the lads a shake up when needed or can i see him getting the lads goin.He always looks like a sheep without a shepherd on the touchline and i bet there would be no difference in the changing rooms. What respect will the lads give him when they now hes adding nothing positive to the set up.Wardy will have to have broad shoulders to carry him all season and as things go at the moment he needs every little bit of help goin,so start off with a good number two who will help rather than hinder the promotion push, or should i say relegation battle if Jonna stays. |

I have to agree with u smithy. Like most of us who go regulary there have been a few occasions this year where I have questioned whether its time for wardy to go, but if stan is goin to stick with him (which he seems he is) then he needs someone who he can bounce ideas off. At times this year we've looked completely clueless and its at times like these when the chips are down that you rely on a decent number two to offer a different opinion in the dressing room. I aren't sure if Jonesy has enough about him to play such a vital role? Seems a nice bloke but like smithy says can you see any of the players actually responding to him? But enough of this negativity. Whatever happens lets get behind the boys. Wardy, jonesy whoever!! |

im very interested in the comments on this subject especially with GC or greg clowes being mentioned,i must say that IF gc was to come to kidsgrove and im sure as a castle fan he wont.but my point is that on one of your threads it said that the players would all go if this was to happen!this probably would happen as GC wouldnt allow the players to pick up their fat brown envelopes every week after poor performances and no passion for the club. in his short time at our club the big pay packets and one sided ness of players being there for their own means and not a thought for the club these issues have gone,he demands value for money thats probably why the players would go.TOO MANY CONTRACTS,EASY MONEY,you get my point? GC will get NEWCASTLE promoted |

It'll be in accordance with standard NWCL rules - wait to see where Newcastle finish and promote everyone above them
