Some information about our next opponents:

Rainworth (pronounced Ren-ath in these parts!) play in Division 1 of the Northern Counties East League which is the equivalent of NWCL2, two leagues below Kidsgrove. They are currently 7th out of 17 teams with seven points from five games.

So far in this season's competition they've beaten Teversal and Biddulph Vics, meaning they've reached this stage for the first time in their history. As an added incentive, both clubs will know their potential 3rd Qualifying Round opponents as the draw is made on Monday.

It should be a winnable tie, but two words of caution: Remember Haverhill! :(

Conference clubs are exempt until the 4th Qualifying Round, so Oxford and Burton won't be in the draw.

Should we manage to beat Rainworth, I'd quite like a home draw against a low-ranked team - try to get some more prize money!
