As the creators of Jinbotsu, we would like you all to enjoy yourselves, although there are some rules we must set down to prevent things such as spam and flame wars. We hope you agree to follow the rules, and if you don't, you will suffer the consequences. On Jinbotsu, we have a scale warning system. On a range of -50 to 50, 0 is neutral, while 50 is highly warned. negative points are gained for good behavior. Every rule broken will have different consequences, whether it be an instant suspension, or a simple loss of points. The rules and costs are as follows. Spamming - First offense, 15 points/Second offense and up, 20 points Use of Racist Terms - 35 points Posting of Pr0n - First offense, Instaspension/Second offense, Baned Flaming - Depending on the severity, a warning or 5-25 points Signatures over 500x400px - A warning and possible removal of signature permissions Solicitation - Depending on the how the mod/admin viewing deems, Banned or 25 points Please note that mods and admins have the right to warn or ban as they see fit. Once a member reaches 50 points, this is recorded, they receive a warning and their points are reverted to zero. The second time they reach 50 points they receive a 7 day suspension and this is recorded. If 50 points is reached a third time, Teh Banhammer is dropped. The Jinbotsu staff may not be held responsible for anything that goes on on the site, or for other people's actions.
