If you're a story-boarder it doesn't matter how detailed a frame is as long as the emotions are clear, a description of the place he/she's in is shown and you can at-least tell who the character is, besides from that, yes it can be sketchy. |

@Anonymous: The role of the storyboarder is to give the animator an idea of what he or she have to animate. So it doesn't have to be detailed, it just needs to be pretty much well organized. When I submitted mine, I even added what sound effects would go in each panel and such, hope the reference helps. :3 |

Ah sorry once again everyone, I meant to go over the script but got caught up in stuff. Anyway, my co-edittor AlmightyTallestVoldy and I will be skimming through and seeing if there's any edits. We might also add is descriptions for our storyboarders and animators. Our Composers will be given a small chore list of sounds, music to be composed. I don't want this animation to be any longer than 3-5 minutes. It will be a test run of our current progress and we will be able to see how far we've come and what to fix in the future. |

Alright, thank you. I was just making sure I had everything cleared up. Just one more question though: Any recommendations on a particular storyboard template? |

There's a storyboard template for IZFAS: http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y126/OrenjiStar/Storyboard.png This makes it A LOT easier. |

@Skoo Right! Now we're starting the progress! And I read over the script a couple of times to estimate how long it will be and I know it may seem long but I think it would turn out to be around 2 minutes and thirty to fifty seconds, is that to long? |

I think that's a good time-lapse for a pilot...I read it and mine was around 3 minutes tops. I still laugh every time I read it though,

I think it's fine in length, as long as we have enough animators. |

Hopefully we do, I'm just a little worried about some animators drawing in a different style as other animators, wont that make it look a little screwed up? |

I don't really think it matters... if it does, we can still edit it, the differences won't be too great since everyone is trying to copy the same style.

That's why the only thing I draw now in my spare time is Zim. I was going to suggest that the group would meet on a site to send the files to and fro and discuss the animations and such. Kind of like Skype but where you could send files too...can you send files in skype? o_o'' |

I only know you can send files on IM's such as Windows Live. But trying to get a meet-up..like in an online chat sort of thing would be quite hard due to everyone's different times zones and their schedules. Unlike myself, I know most of you guys have a life outside of the net. Maybe that could also be a use of an archive? We could view other's works as well as show our own. Actually, that sounds like a great use for the IZFAS DA account, unless you wanted to keep it more private. |

You CAN send files on Skype. And I would enjoy hearing everyone's voices. |

@IrkenBlitz: True, Time Zones always mess things up. ó_o MAYBE we could try once, like on a Saturday. @Toto: Yeah, it would be cool, especially for the voice actors, they could practice the roles together. |
