Hey Luke & Flick, I have done a permission letter for the cost of the Yearbook to be added to the School Bill.

I shall e-mail you the final version.

For everyone else, here is the text in the letter for your information.
Quote:

Dear Year 13 Parents/Guardians,

We are writing to you to advertise the Year 13 Yearbooks which your son or daughter will have the opportunity to buy at the end of the school year. Your son or daughter will be asked to produce a single portrait A4 page before A CERTAIN DEADLINE to ensure that they make the Yearbook, and we ask that all members of Year 13 submit such a page, even if they do not intend to buy the Yearbook.

We are using a company called allyearbooks.co.uk, and the final product will be a leather-effect hardback, with all submitted pages printed in full colour. We are asking Year 13 to include on their page their Name, Birthday, the Universities & Course they are applying for or Gap Year activities, and at least one recent photo. Pages can be hand-produced, but computer-produced pages are higher quality. The rest of the page can include anything else, but please be aware libellous comments will be edited.

The cost per Yearbook will be ŁA CERTAIN COST, and we would like to add this to your final Summer Term school bill. Hence if your son or daughter would like to purchase a Yearbook, please fill out the permission slip below to allow us to charge you.

We would be grateful if your son or daughter could return your signed permission slip to A LOCATION(how about outside Mr. Stansbury’s office, in a box?) by A CERTAIN DEADLINE so we can finalise our order.

Best Regards,

Luke Hyland  |  Felicity McNeill  |  Nick Chenery
