God damn shitfuck industries. So, I get home last night and I was pretty tired (the reason for this tiredness escapes me) so I thought I'd go to bed early and get a good sleep in before work for once. Now, on friday night, I usually stay up until 2-3am and go to bed, lay there until around 5 until I finally fall asleep and then wake up at 7:30ish, getting up at 8. Now last night, I fell asleep on the couch for like, 25 minutes and then got up and went to bed at like 12am, a full 3 hours before I usually hit the hay. I think to myself: Hell yeah, I won't be tired at work tomorrow, this will be awesome. I fucking wake up at 3:15am, the time I usually fucking go to bed. Lay there not able to go back to sleep until like, 5:30am. Then fall asleep for 2 hours and wake up at the same time as usual. GOD DAMMIT! My body is so used to doing it, it actually woke me up to go through the motions. ITT: Shit that your body does that you hate it doing, be it by your own fault or natures. inb4 go to bed at a proper time inb4 'I can function on that much sleep', I don't care about my physiology vs yours |

Eesh, it seems most disfunctions of human operation is Pilot Error. It's clear from your explanation why you can't sleep - it's because the mechanics in your body have been trained to operate in a contrary way to your desires. I know you said inb4 go to sleep at a normal time, but that's honestly your only option. Do eet! |
