Talk about food, list your favourites, share recipies etc. I'll start off with an essential recipie that y'all know and want. The Master Satay Ingredients; 1kg Skinless Breast Chicken 1 x Taylors Peanut Satay Simmer Sauce 1 tbsp of Smooth Peanut Butter A FISTFULL of Peanuts Paprika Chicken Salt Minced Garlic Chives An onion Keens Curry Powder Oil Method; Slice onion, mix with oil and Keens curry powder in a SMALL bowl. Dice the chicken into small pieces. Mix with minced garlic, paprika and chives in a bowl. Heat a wok/frying pan up on medium heat, add curried onions and spatula them around until they start to brown. Add marinated chicken and (take note Matt) cook well. While your chicken is cooking, crush and pulverize your FISTFULL of peanuts. Crush well (pulverize that shit). Add salt and put on your chicken when it is well cooked. Add a little oil, and really mix and cook the peanuts on the chicken. Add your Satay Simmer Sauce. Taylors is the best, no comparison. Don't even bother cooking satay without this. Add your two tbsp of Peanut butter, allowing it to heat up before you mix it in. Let simmer on low heat for about 10 or so. Serve in bowls with rice. Edited by Jam Master Joel, Mar 4 2011, 11:16 PM.

Bangers and mash is great... especially with a nice gravy. A gravy I am liking at the moment is Lamb and Rosemary. Delicious on absolutely anything.
