Brockhampton Estate have kindly invited us to hold the show there again next year, such a lovely venue. We have already booked Paws4thought dog display team and are hoping to hold the regional 'Scrufts' competition, winners go on to compete in the national finals later in the year.
We are planning to have the very popular 'have a go agility' and the 'Cani-x trials that everyone enjoyed last time. We have booked Jamma steel band for entertainment, so fancy dress this year will be 'carnival' theme.
As usual camping will be available at Meadowbank with the usual Saturday night barbie.

I was at canicross today (Gloucestershire canicross trailrunners, aka FoD canicross trailrunners) and asked the lady who runs it whether they would like to do a stand at the show - I think it is a yes. Certainly the initial response was yes, so it will be down to getting support from the others. So fingers crossed we will sort that out ok. o)

The in-laws will be here next eekend so I will let them know. They always look forward to it. :o3

Happy to help wherever we can - running a stall, registration, car parking etc ... just let us know please.

What would you like us to do and when should we arrive?

The show is at Brockhampton just outside Bromyard on the main A44 - post code is WR6 5TB. Registration is from 10.00am, show starts at around 12.30.

As well as the main dog show, we have a fantastic display by Paws for Thought dog display team
http://www.pawsforthought-dogdisplay.co.uk/

We are proud to say there are a number of HWAR rescue dogs in the team.

Following the display, all HWAR dogs are invited to take part in the 'Parade of the Poundies', all dogs taking part will receive an inscribed gold medal - as they are all winners in our eyes.

We have a number of stalls selling a variety of things, Brockhampton Estate have a refreshment stall and barbeque

Its a great day out - please do come along and support us.

What a lovely day yesterday was!!! And rolo found his bark (and his howl ))=)) ). If you met him yesterday for the first time then you wouldn't have believed us when we say we NEVER hear him bark at home, one of our neighbours didn't realise we have a dog until last week when we bumped into her on a walk!!!!

Thank you to all of the staff and volunteers who made yesterday such a great day, and thank goodness for the weather!!!

What a fab day yesterday - have never been to a dog show before and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our two dogs Sam and Dolly had a great time too meeting new dogs (and wanting to join in with the display team!) and enjoyed their parade of the poundies! Hope you raised lots of money. It was great to meet so many like minded animal lovers. xx
