We had our Christmas yesterday & me & my neighbour exchanged seeds & herbs, a heap of Rhubarb included, my first reaction was a respectful eeek Rhubarb, so I started thinking ways of cooking it as I didn't want to see it end up on the compost pile. Needless to say, we had a Rhubarb Christmas..... Remember Essene Tea?? Rhubarb is a valuable herb. http://rhubarbinfo.com/about |

I used to have to walk a mile to grade school and along the way wild rhubarb grew and my mom asked me to pick some for her. I went and got a lot for her and she made a couple rhubarb pies they were delicious. Just remember though, that the rhubarb leaves are a deadly poison and will make your heart stop. |
