MAKING MMS
note

A 1 micron screen system with made non organic materials is perfect, and will stop most sediment issues.

DO NOT USE WHITE COFFEE FILTERS. Many contain acid, and can actually degrade the MMS over time.

How to Make Sodium Chlorite
note

9 Line the funnel with a coffee filter and place in the plastic container. Pour the salt/water mix through the coffer filter-lined funnel. The sodium chlorite will be caught by the coffee filter.

10 Remove the coffee filter from the funnel and gently place on a wire drying rack with the side that had the salt/water mix poured on it up.

11 As the coffee filter drys, sodium chlorite crystals form. You can gently scrape the crystals from the coffee filter into a storage container.

Yeah buddy like it's easy to find a 1 micron filtration system. I have to figure out what size mesh will do that.

Okay, well, there is no 1 micron screen size. Go figure. Perhaps it was supposed to be 100 microns?

The mesh numbers in parentheses are too small to exist as actual screen sizes; they are estimates included for reference.

Tina visited us at another forum and had this to say. I was forgetful and didn't get it added right away. This is information about the role beetroots play in bone marrow health:

I have read your postings on my Wellness Program - thank you for your comments. The Program works, but nothing should be left out. I saw for example the discussion about beetroots. Most people are anemic but have normal iron levels. Benzene destroys bone marrow. Bone marrow produces blood cells, red and white. Unhealthy bone marrow - unhealthy blood cells. Any health protocol should include beetroots as they heal the bone marrow. Last year I was diagnosed with lung cancer - the blood literally pouring out of my mouth - 6 weeks later it was gone, using our own cancer program based on the lemon mix with a few tweeks here and there and a mind change. I had nearly given up on life because of the frustration of not being able to do what we had been doing when we still were able to fund ourselves.

Even AIDS dementia can be reversed if you realize it is candida on the brain or a lack of vitamin B3 - either one - so you hit them both.

I will keep in touch and anybody wanting more info can go to my blog or contact me. Kind regards to everybody

I was curious as to whether canned beets had the health benefits of fresh beets. It looks good on that score, but I ran into a reference about food in cans that caused me to do a double take.

I started here, and I have to say I wondered about home cooked beets, like cooked in a pot or even better a pressure cooker. I'm not so interested in fresh raw beets.

And here is where I moved to next, and the reference I'd referred to:

BPA: The Endocrine Disruptor

As a canned food, the beets are a potential source of bisphenol A, or BPA, which is a synthetic form of estrogen that disrupts your hormonal system. Even small exposure to BPA might increase your risk of breast cancer, prostate cancer, type-2 diabetes and metabolic disorders, according to the Breast Cancer Fund, which recommends you limit your exposure by eliminating canned foods from your diet.

Just before checking the beet data I was researching various info about coptis, and hormone disfunction due to medications was mentioned as a causative factor of candidiasis:

There are a number of medications that promote the overgrowth of yeast cells, either because they kill beneficial bacteria, or because they interfere with normal hormone functions. These medications include: antibiotics; chemotherapy; hormone replacement; corticosteroids; and oral contraceptives. Improper diet, such as over-consumption of yeast products, sugar, or alcohol, also can promote yeast growth. In traditional Chinese medicine, these foods disturb the balance of the Spleen, produce Phlegm, and create the perfect environment for yeast overgrowth.

I guess it's time to look for beets in a glass canning jar and take inventory of anything else that comes packaged in a tin can.

Forgot I'd opened another tab about beets. Just glossed over looks very interesting.
