It's almost summer, and that means time for some good beach reads! Anyone have suggestions? |

Depends what you like darl, I'm more a fantasy girl... Anne Bishop is a little complex but the best at it Kelley Armstrong has teens and more adult fantasy/modern books that are epic If you like True Blood there's Charlaine Harris Maria V Snyder is another more for teens And if you're a Twilight fan they've republished Christopher Pike's books because they're making a movie on that too I think |

Yes, Kelley Armstrong is amazing. The end. Also, read Graceling by Kristin Cashore. It blew my mind. |

I'm going mainstream with A Song of Ice and Fire. And I got Prince of Thorns by Mark Lawrence for free when I preordered the new book in that saga. So I'll give it a go later. |

Mists of Avalon! It's a little slow at first, but it really is something else. |

I actually did read the au pair books, but it was just a guilty pleasure since they were so frivolous, hence beach read, ya. I love fantasies, but they are often too young teen. I don't mind teen books but I also want some big words! I will check out some of these. |

I've read some of my friend's book (The Lost Crown) and it's fantastic. It's about the four Romanov girls Olga, Tatiana, Maria and of course Anastasia. The Sisterhood book is called Sisterhood Everlasting and they're adults now and stuff. I heard it's kind of meh and depressing. |

Lame! Why does it have to be depressing? This upsets me. |
