- - - - - Eye Color, Dark Blue.
- - - - Hair Color, Solid Brown. - - - - General Look, Though Thomas has good looking features, he has not always been classified as an attractive man. His face is rounded but it comes to a longer point at his chin. His smile, not that many see it, makes his face look rather strange. It stretches across his whole face. The common facial feature that is permanently apparent is a sort of calculating look. He is always thinking about something. His eyes are dull, and stare at nothing in particular. His lips are always smacked together and look like one thin line. He isn't very animated with his facial features as well. He likes to hold his emotions back, never becoming to angry or eccentric unless he were to lose control. A rather distinguishing feature on his face would be that his ears are rather large. Though they were larger when he was a child, now they come out and stick out.
It is common for Thomas to walk with no swagger at all. He almost holds his arms in when he walks, while his shoulders don't move at all. He holds himself like this. It is very restrained, he doesn't want to come off as overly powerful or bigger than King Henry. He knows that if he were ever to act bigger than he was, someone would probably call him out on it. When talking to others, he likes to listen and think. He doesn't usually put his two cents into things unless they are talking about politics. He is too inquisitive to really think about the gossip in the world. So he doesn't like showing his emotions to those that might misinterpret it.

That Love Will Never Actually Find Him and He Can Focus on Politics. - - - - Fears, Being Tried for Treason. Being Beheaded. Falling Deep Into Illness. - - - - Overall Personality, Thomas Cromwell is very complicated, yet at the same time he could be described in only a few paragraphs. To start out with, Thomas could be called a little ruthless. He isn't necessarily out to kill anyone, but he knows what he wants and would stop at nothing to get it. On many occasions, mostly in his short life as a lawyer, he made sure to be as cunning as possible to get what he wants. Thomas is strong with the use of his knowledge. He is very intelligent man, thinks everything and always knows what to do. Sometimes he can make some bad choices, which haven't been so bad that he would be kicked out of his work with Wolsey. When he is being rather ruthless, it doesn't always occur to him. Usually he is just thinking about the good things will come from it or that it is going to be bad. He is just a servant to his state, and wouldn't really change that if he could.
King Henry has described Thomas as a 'faithful servant.' Since coming to work as Wolsey's secretary, Thomas has been doing the bidding of whatever his masters tell him to do. He wouldn't jeopardize his living by declining doing something for them. And it doesn't make Thomas feel small at all. He knows in the long run that everything will be in his favor and that he will climb the social ladder quickly by having good records with others. By doing this for his masters, he has been known to separate himself from others around him. He isn't the social type, never has been, and drowns himself in knowledge and his religion. There is no need for such social statuses when you are helping to lead your state. Thomas just sees the big pictures in things, and this is why he is somewhat cold.
Very intelligent, and calculates everything. Ever since he has become an educated man Thomas has been unable to live life in the moment. However, when he was younger he always had a little bit more passion than the other children around him. His passion would soon become politics and his religion. When posed with a question, Thomas has to analyze everything that it might be. If it's politics than he might think of the outcome and what will become. If it is a simple question like, "How is your day," he might only think for seconds before answering. Ignorance is something that Thomas does not believe in. He thinks that ignorant people should be placed under him. This makes him a little bit of an egotistical man. How much this is true, isn't tangible. But like most men at court, Thomas has a large ego and hates when people confront him with problems going on around them. He lives for the King, which is why he can notice an advantage or weakness for the King. When he analyzes things, he is mostly thinking of either Wolsey, King Henry VIII, or The Church. All of these things are what he cares the most about.
- - - - - Family Members, Walter Cromwell and Unknown Mother
- - - - Overall History, No one really knew what Walter Cromwell would do next. One moment he was working one of his many jobs. The next minute he would be at the local pub drinking his hearts desire away. He knew what he was doing with his life. But what did he really have to live for? He was a blacksmith, he was a brewer, he was so many things but he was not rich. He spent whatever extra money he had either getting women or getting more to drink. His vision was blurring one night, but he could still walk right. As he walked down the bricked road, he noticed the woman he had been fancying for over a year. They had talked and she had come to speak with him often, but he never actually had sex with her. His mind racing, his blood cooling from the alcohol, Walter brought this woman home. Of course she wasn't wanting to do this, however the series that would occur was torturous.
Eight and a half months later, this woman had a baby and Walter was by her side as it happened. Why Walter was there was a mystery. He had learned of her pregnancy, and came to see her. They weren't married, they weren't anything like that, but he felt the need to be there for her in all his drunkenness. She named the baby boy Thomas as she died on her bed that night. She couldn't handle the birth, she had been ill for months already. Thomas took up his father's last name Cromwell and would live his life with the man. Of course his childhood was hard, it was filled with Thomas working with his dad blacksmithing and doing many other jobs the man held. They didn't bond much, Walter would frequently get drunk and beat his son. Thomas was not afraid of his father, but he didn't want to show this to his father. Thomas almost felt better than his father all of his child years, and even into the future.
As Thomas grew older, he felt the need to travel Europe. Though being a commoner, Thomas would never have enough money to travel all of Europe. Instead he grabbed all of the money he could get his hands on, including a pretty good amount from his father, and he traveled all of England. He worked many jobs around Europe, most of them he enjoyed because they were so foreign. The money wasn't much better, but he did get enough to travel to the Netherlands. It wasn't a great place to imagine going to, but Thomas had felt a need to travel somewhere other than where his home state was. As he worked as a young clerk's assistant. He also studied about the cultures of the Netherlands. He found England was much more advanced, or just that he preferred England above all things. They were better than other states around Europe, and Thomas would have to go back one day. But his clerk job had been getting good business so he stayed but also went to school to learn more than he had traveling England.
It took a few years, he was now seventeen, but he traveled to London to become a lawyer. He had already had a good amount of training in the field, considering many of the men the clerk had been around were lawyers. Thomas didn't mind school, it came naturally to him. When he studied he could remember a lot more than what others could. Every lesson was imprinted in his brain. He stayed in London to work as a lawyer. Though very young, he was a good lawyer and knew exactly what to do in most cases. The other lawyers he had worked with were greedy and took most of the settlements and money, which caused Thomas to get the remains. They knew that the young boy lawyer couldn't do anything about the money factor. Thomas stayed, though loathing everything that had happened, only because he had loved working with people and being a lawyer. But an opportunity came across his face. He was to work with Thomas Wolsey. What Wolsey wanted Thomas to do was unclear, but he knew it was a great opportunity to move up in the social status. Of course he took the position and became Wolsey's loyal secretary.
The two men, yes Cromwell was now a twenty-one, had gotten along perfectly. They were a lot alike, in some ways. They always enjoyed each other's company, which made Wolsey become very respectful of Cromwell. When Thomas was introduced to the court life, he didn't know what to think at first. It was a lot different than the stories he had heard. Of course he had heard the scandals that had gone on, but nothing to the sort that actually happened. He didn't like it much, but he became accustomed to it. He didn't dabble in the love and lust, rather thinking he could work better with the politics and religious aspects of how they were all living and working. He liked the work, not the social spectacles. Others are starting to think of him as a ruthless bastard, that needs to work to live. Though this has some truth to it, not just a made up story.

The Young Avengers' base of operations was becoming too small. Billy had explored it more than fifteen times in the passed three days. It was not all that large anyway. It was only an abandoned warehouse building, which only had a few rooms. The building had a large area where everything was stored and they met and then a few other offices along the sides where they usually sat to converse and hang out. One of those places was the meeting place for both Wiccan and his recent lover Hulkling. Though it wasn't a secret to the rest of the team, they still felt the need to both meet together in private. Them being together made the team unsure of their position on the team, thus they met in secret. But Billy didn't really want to talk to anyone. It was time to think, not be with others and converse. Thoughts about when he first realized he was gay were swirling through his head. Along with the memory of that bully that would make fun of him for being gay. Yes, it was time for a walk through the streets of New York City.
The streets at night were always a little quieter, yet at the same time so much louder. It was the time to pick up trash and the time for hobos to come out and 'play.' Wiccan, dressed in his everyday clothes and not so much his Asgardian inspired attire, smelled the air which had a scent of burning rubber. He looked to his immediate left and saw a car speeding his way and trying to stop. Of course Billy acted quickly by jumping to the ground. The car passed him and kept on going through the alleyway Billy was passing. Getting up and brushing himself off, Wiccan looked to the sky. The moon was just not what it used to be. Its color was such an ugly grey and the clouds just seemed to pollute the sky instead of being graceful around it. Maybe it was just the sorrow in Billy's life talking, or it really was an ugly world it was becoming. The thoughts were something to think about, and this is why Billy kept walking to try and contemplate other views. This is what he did most of the time. He thought way too deep into thoughts rather tan live his life to on the edge.
Wiccan found himself on a bench on the edge of Times Square. It was so active around him, yet Billy was not moving at all. He could feel and hear the rumbling of the ground where people walked. Billy sat up, the ground doesn't shake like an earthquake when people are walking in New York City. Yes, most people walked with a strut or flat footed, but that doesn't cause that feeling. Billy looked around him at the people closest to him. They showed no emotion to what seemed to be happening. A bright light flashed suddenly and wouldn't stopped. It was in the direction of a large advertisement for a female problem solver. The advertisement shown so bright Billy had to shield his eyes. It grew and grew until suddenly Billy was engulfed by the light. Billy wanted to throw punches at the air in fear but that would not help anything. His body lifted off the ground and Billy felt like his body was teleporting like he has but it also felt a lot different. Suddenly he seemed to fall asleep or pass out, but it was a good feeling as well.
A large horn woke Billy, he jumped to his feet only to fall back down. His legs felt as if he had been sitting on them for hours on end. Once his legs could be felt again, Billy stood up and started to walk towards the Avengers' base once more. He had fallen asleep on the bench? That had never happened before. Of course Billy failed to notice the new construction on the roads, and the many different advertisements from years and years before. Oblivious, and slightly confused about falling asleep, Wiccan found the Avengers' building to be completely in use as a fish market. He looked around, astonished at what was going on. That building had been abandoned since Wiccan could remember being alive, and he was only nineteen. Something was going on, bright lights really don't add up while having the feeling of flying as well. And why had no one done anything or noticed? Billy needed some answers.
