The room wasn't entirely difficult to find. The problem lied more in the fact that Koios' equipment quickly became encumbersome and heavy after not eating for two and a half days. He walked into the room, looking around at the emptiness of it. There was a chamber pot in the corner, empty. He was the only person currently inhabiting the room. But curiously enough, there were two beds. I suspect that I'm not going to be living here alone forever. Plans had entered his mind to move the bed side by side and to sleep the width of the two beds. That might seem tiring right now, so he promised himself that after tonight, he'd work that out. For now... He got a little over enthused and almost ripped his cloak trying to get it off in a rush. He proceeded to throw it in a crumpled heap in the corner, and place his extra equipment. He left the quarterstaff leaning against the stone wall, with little intentions of ever picking it up again. He unlatched his dualswords and placed them on the ground and then removed his armour. Almost feeling relieved that he was somewhere he could sleep, he began stalking around the dorm room. It seemed unusually dark, for an unexplained reason. No one's there. He peered out the window at the muddy meadow encompassing the view. No one was there either. Now what? I still have another little while until that ball or dance or whatever. Might as well try and get some sleep And then he proceeded to remove layers of clothing and crawl onto the single bed. The bed was so small his feet hung off the end. Finally achieving something similar to comfort, he sprawled out on the bed and drifted into sleep. |

When I was young I used to think wealth and power meant happiness... I was right. Immortality isn't achieved through greatness, but rather avoiding death. Time is the best teacher, but unfortuneately, it kills all of it's students | |
