One mission he was only 5 when he  was sent on a mission to kill a local bobcat that had been terrorizing the farms, and he went to far and nearly killed a fellow dhamphir. He was then sent away to a school for kids with uncontrollable power. Here he met a young girl who had great magical power and befriended her, they grew up together inseparable. When they were released at 16, they traveled their way back together to their village. Along the way this massive guy unkown to them had a shop, with food and other items. They stopped and she went in while he remained outside looking at whatever they had and then he heard her scream and within seconds had darted into the shop. He saw that the man had her by the arm. Bastien had the bigger mans throat in his hand in another few second and the man on the floor groaning in pain as he yelled. “DON’T YOU EVER TOUCH THE GIRL I LOVE EVER AGAIN!” Dani and he silently walked the rest of the way both embarrassed at what happened and then when they got to town they expressed how they felt and then they have been together ever since and got married later on. Personality: Fuka is stoic about most things, almost all of the time. His environment doesn't allow him much joy, but he seems to find it whenever he can. He enjoys his loneliness, but would much rather have real living company every now and then. He is quite intelligent, but rarely has chances to use his intelligence in fights or other practical things. When he does fight, he tries not to rely on his transformation, even though he stays in his demon form most of the time anyway, only choosing to change to his social form when people come or if he travels somewhere.

History: Fuka was not born, he was created. A dark wizard was working one molding the shadows of the dead into a physical being, creating life with death. His research lasted many years, but finally after countless failed experiments, he was able to successfully create a living shadow being. This being was naturally a demon, but didn't possess the stereotypical demon nature as the other experiments. He was able to breathe, and grow, and move, though he was comprised of nothing but shadows and magic. The wizard taught Fuka magic and fighting techniques, as well as he could, as he was an old man.

Eventually Fuka watched his creator die, with him as the wizard's unknown legacy. He learned how to change shape, leaning toward the social form he has now. He could not however change his demon appearance, which was annoying to Fuka, but he learned to accept this. He hid out in the land of the dead, a place where he could easily talk to spirits and keep himself occupied, meditating and training his mind and body. He would occasionally go out into a town and purchase books, or ingredients, as he had become quite the mage and alchemist himself.

Abilities:As a Shadow Demon, Fuka possesses a few abilities that he was naturally gifted with.

Fuka is able to pass through solid objects, as well and have moving objects pass through him. This does not happen automatically and he cannot simply turn it on or off at a moments notice. It requires at least a minute of concentration and when it activates, he he able to maintain the ability for ten or so minutes. During this time, he cannot turn it off, and he cannot interact with anything. He mainly uses this when he needs to escape to somewhere.

Another ability he possesses is the ability to interact with a living being's shadow. He cannot control the thing, but he can 'communicate' with the shadow if he come in contact with it. It's very basic, usually he gathers the being's current feeling and emotion at that time. This ability stole his own shadow, so he now has none.

Lastly, as stated in the history, Fuka is able to change the way his social form looks. He must change into an already existent being, like a human or a cat or whatever he would want to change into. But for some reason, he always reverts to the one demon form, never being able to alter what that is. Changing into his social form also takes some concentration as does changing back into his demon form.
