Anyone got a A+ in home economics? I certainly didn't. B)

Anyway, feel free to post your recipes here!

~~

This is a easy thing to cook, even if you're a lazy teenager like me:

You need:
Pasta
Tomato purée
Grated cheese
Chopped Ham/Corn/whatever

+ vegetables.

Do this:
* Boil some water and pour in the pasta
* When the pasta is finished, pour out the water.
* Add the cheese and stir it so it melts.
* Add the tomato purée and the ham/corn/whatever. Dont use to much tomato purée.
* to make it more healty, you can add carrots and onions and stuff like that.
* Consume it.

Breakfast tip:
Make coffe and add cardamom. Voilá: Easy version of arabian coffee.

I know how to make delicious pot brownies.
baby said he couldn't stay, wouldn't put his lips to mine and a fail to kiss is a fail to cope. i said 'honey i don't feel so good, don't feel justified, come on put a little love here in my void.' he said, 'it's all in your head,' and i said, 'so is everything,' but he didn't get it.

And I'm making my family fav. recipie of pork roast.

Ingredients:

1 Pork roast (We use a picnic shoulder, but what cut is up to you)
1 Head of garlic
Onions
Potatoes
Caraway seeds

Take the roast, and after skinning the garlic, stab the roast in various spots to put the garlic in there. When you're done, you should wind up with about 2/3's of a head of garlic stuck into the roast at various spots. Place the rest of the garlic around the roast in the roasting pan, along with a little bit of caraway.

Dice the onions and place them around the roast, you should have the entire bottom of the pan covered with onions. Put this in the oven at 450, while you cut the potatoes. After you put the roast in the oven, take a few cups of water to pour around the roast. (It's easier to do when you don't have to lift the roast again to put it in the oven)

Peel and cut the potatoes, and place around the roast. Depending on how much you like potatoes, thats how much of them you use, we use lots because we all love potatoes.

Let it cook about 45 minutes per pounds, turning it over when it's halfway done. Yummy.

***

I have a great recipie for quiche as well. and Linguine Con Vongole, and BBQ shrimp, and catfish filets, and tons more...

But I can teach someone a cool way to get that mac&cheese to taste reeeeeeeeeeeeally good. Teehee.

You'll need

- Halfway baken bread (sounds stupid but you can buy it in the supermarket, you have to do the "finishing baking touch" yourself)
- Cheese (prefer young cheese)
- Tomatoes
- Oregano

1. Cut the bread open
2. Put some cheese on the bread
3. Add the tomatoes, sliced of course
4. Add *some* oregano
5. Warm the oven until 225 degrees celcius
6. Put everything in it for 5-10 minutes

Way yum!

Ciabatta pizzas

Get a ciabatta loaf and cut it in half lengthways.
Smooth on tomato pasta sauce onto the bread
Spinkle cheese on
Grill til the cheese is melted.

Manaesh (also called zata bread) - it's easy, it's quick, and I eat it for breakfast most days...
(and lunch when I don't have school, but it's only good fresh)

Ingredients:
1) 1 piece of pita bread, whatever kind you like, whole wheat, white, the kind that doesn't separate into two layers, whatever
2)Olive oil-to taste
3)zata-to taste (zata is a blend of sumac, not the toxic kind, sesame seeds, and thyme)

process-my way:
1) get your pita, pour a little bit of olive oil directly onto it, and spread it around so most of one of the sides is coverd (leave a little bit at the edges to hold it by when you eat it). You only need enough oil for the seasoning to stick

2) sprinkle on as much zata as will stick to the olive oil you've poured

3) put the zata covered pita in a toaster oven and toast to your taste. note- this isn't usually good burned...

the 'propper way'-
mix zata and olive oil in a bowl so you have a runny goo, then pour that on top and spread it around with a spoon. toaster oven. voila

the only way it can be eaten NEATLY (the other ways, you get zata everywhere, even if you're careful)
for this method, you must use a piece of pita that can be opened into two pockets. Mix the zata and olive oil, tear the pita into halves (or quarters) and put some of the zata/oil concoction in each pocket, then toast..

this may be an acquired taste... i realy don't know...
also, it always looks kinda grody, but try it anyhow. it wasn't meant to have a great aesthetic.
