Ok, we all know that Troy Evans appeared in the pilot as Officer Martin, and Frank is supposed to be the same character, but I was just rewatching it and there's a scene where Benton is with the guy who reads all the films etc... and he was discussing 'Martin, Jonathan' who had been shot in the leg. Technically that means that Frank Martin, should be Jonathan Martin. |

They've never really said that he's the same person. It's only been mildly referenced when Frank reminisces about his days on "the force". |

Besides, Martin is probably a very commen surname (actually, in Denmark it's a first name, but wither way) so it could be two different persons
