I can't remember which episode, but I am having a discussion of sorts with someone that there is an episode where there are two people pinned together. An older black gentleman and a young white female. Can anyone guide me in the right direction? Thank you, Jo |

In fact, it was. Go away. |
| I'm beginning to think "E.R." stands for "Everyone's Retarded". | |

I know it was, that is why the discussion. We thought it was originally on ER and they had taken the story from them. Thank you for being so polite, I will try elsewhere. |

Can anyone tell me if they ever told us why Kerry used a crutch? I know that she had hip surgery to correct some condition, but was curious since they never seem to really discuss it? Did I miss an episode that talked about it? Thanks....

There's an episode where kerry talks with her mom (I think it's season 11 episode 14 "Just as I am")... There you get to know a lot about kerry's past... that she has grwon with foster parents cause her real parents have been 14 or 15 when kerry was born. Moreover Kerry has lived in Africa for a few years with her foster parents. She needs the curse (or she needed...), because... I don't know how the disease of kerry is called in english... in German it's "hüftdysplasie" ... ah my dictionaire knows the english word... hip dysplasia.. it's an inborn defective position of the hip joint. if you wanna know more about this disease you've to look it up. At the moment I can't tell you more... maybe this is enough?! |

Hip displasia sounds right....and it's a nasty congenital disease....they thought my son was going to be born with it. Thankfully, when he was born he was fine, but all the reading I did on it was enough to scare anyone. I really don't know where to ask this as I am somewhat new to postings on this website, but is there a place where we can ask questions about other shows....I'm a huge fan of Crossing Jordan as well, and I was just curious if anyone knew of a good fansite for it? |

Kerry did have hip displasia and finally in season 12 she had surgery to correct it. As for discussing other shows, you might have better luck at fan forum or television without pity. Both sites discuss a multitutde of shows, each have their own thread or sub forum. |
