Did you moms have "hormone attacks" and become so jittery? I know the crazy eating cravings do occur.
I did read that the February sweeps eppys will be shown on February 2nd and 9th. But I wonder - are there any more new eppys before then? Or do we have two more weeks of reruns?

Yes Susan....those hormones do set your mind racing, plus the natural 'nesting" and maternal instincts to protect your child from the dangers of the world (and later themselves, which unfortunately I've failed badly at :iffy:  )...Everytime I was pregnant we had to move to a bigger place, ultimately a house vs an apartment....Nesting -to-the-max!

As for the new eppys....I doubt there will be anymore than the 2 you mentioned between the Superbowl & the Olympics.

Nice REview.....See you can ALWAYS add somsthing new! :D

Ouch! That sounds very nasty - hope your hubby is now on the mend, S(NaLA).

OH man, that sounds horrible. I hope your hubby is doing better.

CallaQueen,

Don't you dare say you've failed badly at anything regarding your parenting! You and your husband have done your best in raising your kids and teaching them about right and wrong and preparing them for life. You can't blame yourself if one of your offspring has been a disappointment. He is old enough to know better and is responsible for his own misdeeds! :irritated: Just look at your other child. If you'd been a lousy parent, she wouldn't have turned out so well. ;)

Lecture over!

I'm back to my original favorite character, Susan Lewis. Sherry, I enjoyed your acting and character so much (not just because your character and I had the same name). I loved your wit and you brightened the screen. I felt you were cheated out of a decent exit arc, when all it consisted of was a "one liner" announcement from Kerry. You deserved more...

Another great Luby episode! Sorry but I've waited years and no one is going to rain on my parade! LMAO at them this week especially the final scene and the 'I want something to eat. Something small like a pop tart.' 'No, no more pop tarts.' They are so awesome. Do I think it's love yet? Well they definitely 'love' each other but in a romantic, love your forever, marry me sort of way? Well on Luka's part I'd say yes(and has for a while) on Abby's part I 'd say she's not there yet but that's because she won't get out of her own damn way. She knows she wants to and she knows she does but she won't let herself go there yet.
LMAO at Pratt and Morris and ITA with the person who said Abby did warn Neela about marrying Gallant. I was talking to the TV, telling her the exact same thing LOL! Hate to say it but they're done. Oh well I want Ray and Neela anyway. Plus the guy that plays Gallant doesn't sound like he enjoys so it's probably for the best.

Don't worry about me! I'd never rain on your parade!!!!! I love LUBY!!!!! I bet each of you 50 (pretend) bucks that they will say I love you by the end of this season. Their scenes were the best of the episode IMO. They were so adorable.
I'm hoping that someone will find out about their relationship soon. I can't wait to get some reactions from people...especially Sam.

The episode was great except for Pratt covering up. I think he will soon recognize that Darnell can be trusted and is not serious about his drinking problem.
Morris usually annoys me but I guess the awesome Luby scenes made me smile even to his silliness.

I loved the scenes in the baby shop. I'm still laughing now and I haven't seen it for the last 12 hours
One thought, they should really buy another squeaking elefant considering what they have done on this one. I could never see my baby play with that without thinking of my fitting room romp!! :haha:

I just wanted to thank both of you for writing, asking about my hubby. His knee is stiff and sore but functional, Thank Heavens. It will just take awhile for it to heal up.

Alizarin, I hate to show my ignorance here, but what does "S(NaLA)" mean?

But thanks for your concern  It was sweet of you to ask. :)

I really loved this episode, I had been waiting for Abby to be like that for so long!!! and Luka too, since things with Sam ended so badly!! (How could she do that?? if a man like Luka asks me to have a family, take my child and live together, I wouldn't think about it for a second <_< but well, that's Sam... I think being happy wasn't the answer for her :P (sorry, I envy her so much!!!))

I thought Dubenko was going to be a more... strong character, I'm surprised but I like him still, and Ray!! wow, he's so cute and helping her, I agree he did the right thing.

I laughed a lot when Morris said "what's that like a trick question?? to see if he's washing my car? which was only once!!" even though I can't understand english very well (I had always seen the episodes with subtitles and suddenly I can't) I laughed a lot

can someone explain me please, which is the word that Abby says when they're at the table (nesting??) I read it here also, but I still can't understand it :bah: my english sucks!

I really loved the eppi

'

Yomine, your written English is just fine,. :D ..in fact it may be better than some of those people with English as a first language! Don't worry!

Now to answer your question----"NESTING" is a word that refers to the almost instinctual behaviors that happen when a pregnant female (especially in the lower animals and birds specifically building a nest!) feels compelled, almost obsessed, to prepare a safe, warm, comfortable place for their offspring/child BEFORE they are born.

As I said earlier in my post, I was pretty bad.(just ask my husband  :dizzy: ) every time I was pregnant we had to move to a bigger apartment /home because of space demands or safety concerns (our one apartment was FREEZING cold in the winter!). Then I worked almost 10 hours trying to wallpaper the baby's room too, etc..... Hope that helps.....So when Abby was making the list of all the things she felt the baby "NEEDED" & was so concerned about how little time they had left before the due date....THAT was the Nesting behaviors coming out.

Oh, now I understand it n_n thank you so much Calla Queen!!!

I've never been pregnant (i'm nineteen) but my sister was a few ago and she wasn't like that, I think we're just lucky then :P

Luka was really patient with her, I really enjoyed the part in the baby store!! when he said "women look the most beautiful when they're pregnant" that was cute!! >w<

Split Decisions - With Luka eager to get home, Clemente AWOL and Kerry temporarily off her feet, Dubenko volunteers to cover the ER briefly, but quickly becomes involved with a septic patient and her husband, who is unwilling to accept she will not improve. He soon finds himself at odds with both the ER and ICU staff over an appropriate course of treatment. Abby’s excitement over her pregnancy means no sleep for Luka, and they head out for a bit of early shopping, and some dressing-room fun. Neela gets surgery as an elective, but is shocked to learn that rather that finishing his training in the US, Michael plans to return to Iraq. Ray helps Zoe escape to live with her sister when she arrives in the ER after a beating by her father, and Pratt fakes a blood test to help Darnell avoid arrest.
