That was pretty great. Before I even start I just can't get that "We always find each other"out of my head it was just so corny yet GV pulled it off. Eve- I was waiting for that "nutcracker" to go insane. She completely went off her rocker not just against rival Luka but the whole ER, of course this was before she hit Santa and poored urine on him. No wonder her linebacker would rather spend Christmas with his mother than her. Morris and Haleh- he can sing, I knew he'd be the one, I thought I'd like him more, but damn didn't happen. Haleh , music to my ears. Loved her line to Eve "I need backup singers not backstabbers" Neela and Gallant- I guess we will be seeing the crash marriage of Mr. and Mrs. Gallant pretty soon. Something I just realized Neela Gallant is her name, doesn't quite mesh. Ray, Chuny and Abby- must never sing in their lives on ER again Sam- thank god there's no reunion between her and the jail bird. I'm not into the new Alex he doesn't play dark, mysterious and screwed up as well as Oliver. I think she handled the evaluation very well, new and mature Sam Taggart, I guess Eve taught her few lessons. Luka: I've read tons of people talk about how fine Goran/ Luka are, but I've never really noticed, but damn, damn, damn maybe its the Santa hat, but I'm thinking its this can't stop smiling Luka. Whatever it is it's working for him. I loved all his lines with Abby, very light and funny, even the last scene she was breaking and I thought here comes Luby I all over again but it wasn't he was smiling and reassuring, then the big news hit and thank you god it was an absolute shock face instead of the one Abby had started out wearing when they arrived outside. Abby: She's still here " new Abby," I mean is still here. It seemed like she was slipping at the end and all throughout the episode ,but she's still here. I'm kind of happy though that they are bri nging a litlle flawness back to her without having her be depressing to watch, which she wasn't . I liked her scenes with Luka adorable, and her scene with Neela, guess they had to make sure they had one of those to throw in there. I also loves how she tells him I'VE NEVER BEEN MORE HAPPY. Even thoguh I also was spoiled I didn't expect those words to come out " I'm pregnant". Here comes baby Wyzenski-Kovac, that's a hell of name. WYZENSKI- KOVAC |

Yeah....well I really wish they would decrease the sexual references in this show. It makes it really uncomfortable to watch with my mom. I like the new surgeon. Get Dubenko out of there and keep her in. |
| I'm beginning to think "E.R." stands for "Everyone's Retarded". | |

meh, I didn't like the new surgeon at all. You can't compare her to Romano, he had a personality at least. Dubenko should stick around btw, didn't anyone else get kinda mad at what Frank said when he got the scarf? "I haven't gotten any presents since that helicopter fell on Romano" (or something like that). My anger over his send off resurfaced but at least McCrane is still involved with the show |

I really enjoyed this episode. It was great seeing Lisa Gay Hamilton, although I wasn't a big fan of The Practice. I thought Pratt was not hard enough on the kids who shot the little girl. I liked the auditions, especially Maura Tierney, since it takes guts to sing badly and have it filmed. The flirting between Luka and Abby was wonderful and the ending caught me off guard. I really Haleh singing at the end. I had grown to like Eve, but what she did was not right. I think the bad Santa deserved it, but the punch was enough. I really liked Kristen Johnson in the role and this is coming from someone who was not a fan of Third Rock From the Sun. I can't wait until the next episode is on |

I think the episod was well done and while they have alot of to now wiht this pregnancy olot it should keep things intersting. I'm glad they got rid of Eve and stuck to being acurate by doing it. There is no way a llicenced provider like her could get away with that, in the real world she would be stripped of her RN not long after and totally had it comming to her for doing that. |

We only saw three seconds of her. Romano didn't appear to have a personality until after he'd been in it for a while. |

After last season I was unsure that I would watch again but this year is much much better. I loved the epi and hope they can make the rest of the season as good. Abby and Luka are a great story line that I hope that they "do right"

Well, to fall in line with everyone else....this episode ROCKED!! I LOVED IT!!! I laughed like a hyena the entire hour!! First: a) YEEAAAHHHH Kerry!!! Anytime Kerry's on screen it makes me a happy girl! She looked very cute and did a wonderful job with the little girl. Glad she mentioned Henry too, but it would've been nice to see her at the Xmas party too! Funny Kerry line: She's a b*tch but unfortunately she's right (to Pratt about the new surgeon) New surgeon. For those of us who watch soaps, the new surgeon is played by none other than Dahlia Salem. She played "Sofia Carlino" on the now defunct "Another World". She's a decent actress, was never my favorite, but I'm glad to see soapsters get into prime time. I'm willing to give her a chance. One can't determine personality in one episode. She COULD be the next Romano and if hse butts head with Kerry, I'm all for it...c) Eve/Sam: Can't say that I like much of these two, but Sam needs to grow a pair and Eve needs to drop hers a bit! I realize it stinks getting fired on Xmas Eve, but hot diggity poo...this woman looked possessed!! I thought she would deck Luka. Then again Luka is the only one who could go toe to toe with her (pun intended). Amazon on the warpath folks!! d) Abby/Luka: Can I say again how much I LOOOOOOVVEEEE these two?? They're SO cute together and they certainly deserve to be happy after all they've been through. In fact, I commented to my sister that I hadn't seen Luka smile since he first came on board and went out briefly with Carol. Goran, how I love thee!!! e) Haleh & Morris: Damn, she has a good voice! Even though Morris can sing, he sounded like one of those New Kids on the Block from way back when! Didn't like his voice...It would've been more surprising if the singer would've been someone like Weaver! LOL f) Clemente/Jodie(sp?): Don't necessarily like them as a couple. I like Clemente more & more each day but she came across for me as some crazy stalker chich with big hair from the Jersey shore! Not sold on her just yet. Note to Abby, Chuny & Ray: DON'T EVER SING!!! Oy vey!! I can't tell which was worse! It's amazing how much Ray looks like my bro in law and how he sang would be EXACTLY of how my bro in law would do it too!! Eerie!!! Bring on the next epi!!!! Can't wait for the next! |

Episode = WOW!!
Luka and Abby .. laughing .. together..in the same scene what is this world coming to. I LOVE THEM! The scene in the beginning where he was like ' You probably don't remember some of the other things you said last night." and they cracked up -- it honestly looked like they have been a couple for years. Luka in a Santa hat - simply the best -Handing out christmas presents to everyone , where did this guy come from? Great Epi. ER is definitly returning to its roots. No longer slamming people with super emotional story lines and over-drama. For the first time in years the ER is actually somewhat normal Can't wait to see the next epi. in what two weeks ? I LUBY

What can I say? Last night's episode was fantastic. I though Pratt and Weaver did a great job with that little girl. Although it was quite sad, I'm glad it ended the way it did. Let me just say, I'm glad Sam let Alex see his father. He is his father after all. It was kind of touching though at the end when Sam brought Alex to see him. I guess Steve really does love Alex- in a weird twisted way. I'm glad that Sam is smart enough never to trust Steve again though. I have to say Grimes has a good voice, but he sounds a bit like a girl. I couldn't tell the difference between him and Haleh- unless of course the camera was aimed right at them. Lastly- Luby. Oh my god! I knew Abby was going to tell Luka in this episode, but when I heard her say "I'm pregnant" it finally really hit. It's funny because I have tivo and couldn't begin to tell you how many times I've seen that scene- and what it's only been one night. Anyway I don't think I'll be able to wait until January. Of course I already knew it was going to be a long wait, but them leaving the whole pregnancy hanging is really killing me. |

Just watched it!!! I loved all the Luby scenes!!! I loved most how Luka is always happy and smiling in the beginning...he seems so so so happy! I wished there was more Neela in this ep...but all wells...we'll probably get to see how the 'holiday' with Gallant was in later eps. |

Well, they certainly gave us all something to talk about until the next fresh episode debuts. That baby is gonna be one sexy thing. I loved the way Abby delievered the news. She was right though, i certainly can't remember her being any happier in her entire tenure. Kristen Johnson's last episode was pretty okay. She came in with a bang and went out with a whiz. It was just a little odd to see her standing up for someone. What was even more strange was seeing her cry. There were tears down her face, and she didn't melt! It was a good performance by Johnson. Her character is not one that will soon be forgotten. Another day, another meeting for Luka and Abby in the "Doug and Carol Love Lockup" Abby might think twice before auditioning next year. Meanwhile, why didn't Luka audition? I'm sure Barry Manilow sang a few christmas songs. This is the first pregnancy on ER since the flurry of them during season ten. Let's hope it all ends well. I think I like this Dr. Albright. From the brief glance we got of her, she seems to carry the qualities that every surgeon who roamed the halls of county had. ER has been without a surgeon in the opening credits since Alex Kingston left. However, Paul McCrane wasn't added to the opening credits until his 3rd season (season 6) I almost laughed when I saw Jody come in for the first time. Callie Thorne plays Sheila on 'Rescue Me'. The characters are remarkably similar. Except of couse for the fact that Jody's husband is a cop, while Sheila's is a dead firefighter. The storyline with Clemente can go just about anywhere. I HATE this new Alex. Dominic Janes does nothing for his character. He's too dull. What happened to the Alex that wanted a pig embryo to dissect for his birthday? The cancer patient was interesting. It was reminiscent of the late Mark Greene. Between being hooked up to a bunch of machines, and spending her last moments with her family, she chose her family. Just like Mark. I loved the little subplot of Haleh's version of Holiday Star Search. Grimes' voice was just a bit higher than I expected. I could not tell his voice apart from Haleh's. Scary. ~Random Thoughts~ -Party cake? We all know what happened last time one of those was brought in. -These writers love their hockey. Too bad the Hawks are starting to bottom out. -Ray, stick to singing the rock ballads. -New York isn't THAT dangerous. I've lived in Brooklyn my whole life and so far, so good. -TPTB went from writing a sleazy car sex scene, to a sleazy exam room sex scene. Progress is good. -Uh oh, time for Neela to meet the parents. -I love when Haleh sings. -Dumped, then fired. And I thought I was having a bad day. Line of the Week Honorable Mentions: Clemente: N*SYNC? I didn't know you were gay. Neela: Perverts start young these days. Line of the week runner-up:The cancer patient: I can devote my remaining time to some futile fight, or my family. I'm choosing my family. The Look of the week: Haleh, during the auditions. THE LINE OF THE WEEK: Weaver:( to albright) I don't think we met. Dr. Weaver, Chief of Staff. |

to your health in many ways. But obviously neither he nor JOdy have very much self-control....the 'death knells' are tolling for Victor Clemente's character too....we'll see how much longer he's on the screen. You KNOW he'll end up at the Marriott soon enough!
. and i hate myself as i cant stop myself from reading spoilers.. i love them...
- simply the best -
