1. If you are using SwiftKit, go to the screenshot tab on the top right of your SwiftKit browser and click on menu -> view/upload screenshots. Then on the left side of the folder that comes up, look for the desired screenshot and push upload on the top right. When it's done uploading, copy the "Link for forums" located at the bottom of the screen and paste into your post.

2. If you are not using SwiftKit, save the screenshot in paint or another picture editting application and save it. Go to either www.tinypic.com or www.imageshack.com and click on browse and find the screenshot, then select start upload. After it is done uploading, copy the hotlink for forums found at the bottom of the page and paste it into your post.
