credit: joystiq.com Ubisoft Montreal (Splinter Cell & Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time) is currently developing its first PlayStation 3 title, Assassin's Creed. Set in the midst of the Third Crusade, players will become Altair, a member of the Assassins, and must strike both sides of the conflict to preserve the Holy Land. A teaser, which is on par with other suspicious PS3 trailers, has been posted on the official website ... That can't be the 'actual' game! Of course not, it's pre-rendered, silly. Ubisoft hopes to turn Assassin's Creed into a full-fledged franchise. This first installment will make its debut next week at E3. It's worth noting that the game has not yet been concept approved by Sony. |
