Well I don't know where to begin this game is just so amazing. I had it for a week and it took me that long just to get deep enough into the game to see most of the stuff to review it. Although I'm only knee deep into the game because it's dozens and dozens of hours of gameplay. This is a fantasy rpg but before you stop reading it is played like an FPS and has many elements of FPS just with different weapons and more of a story. I'll try not to spoil it. In the first part of the game well first hour or two you are playing traditional closed level missions. You have to complete that before you can even go outside. The game is like a single player MMORPG in the sense it's just so huge. The AI is pretty good and it's always on. So the game doesn't have to worry where you are. The AI lives their lives even if you are in a different city or whatever. Very amazing. They will be interacting and not even know or care if you are there. The graphics are pretty. You need a nice system to play it unless god forbit you want to play it on the 360 with a controller and bad port settings. You create your character and really get to shape the game. There are 70 hours of recorded voices alone. You can do whatever you want and can play it just like GTA if you wanted to because you only have to do the main quest to say you've done it or for enjoyment because the game will go on still once it's done. The gameplay is awesome the fights are intense for the most part especially the arena fights. There are different factions you can join like the theives guild, fighters guild, the blades, the arena gladiators, dark brotherhood, and more. You can become anything pretty much you can become an archer, bladesman, theif, vampire, murderer, a mix of a lot of them or anything you want. There are like tons of hours of side quests you can do. You'll spend hours of just trying to earn gold by buying, taking, selling, haggling, and trying to find the best prices at the shops in the tons of towns. You'll spend hours of exploring or you'll just have to. What you can do is use fast travel which is go to the places you've already discovered. There are tons of enemies including thugs, zombies, theives, pirates, goblins, and whatever there are just tons of them. You have to get this game. Great game and it will suck up a lot of your life. 10/10 |
