So have games ever effected your life in a major way in friendships or relationships? I can think of a few that have to do with people I used to be friends with. A few years ago there was a this guy I knew I was friends with him since like 3rd grade. When we were just little n00bs we would play games for fun mostly racing games and fighting games which we both liked equally we really didn't get into any hardcore games. We then started to play PC games. He liked RTS games and I like FPS. When he came over to my house one time I showed him Deus Ex and Quake 3. He was a total n00b and sucked at them. He had no uber micro or relexes. I went over to his place once and he was playing like warcraft and stuff. Point and click RTS games. I got so bored of those games and I just like never talked to him again. There was this other dude I knew for a while. We both had dreamcasts and ps1. We both used to play them and pwn at the games and also shooters on the PC. We liked similar genres and everything. Then one day he like tells me he got the coolest thing in the world and he would bring it over. He walks in with a huge black piece of plastic with a large green X on it and 2 fat controllers lol and a game called Halo. I like told him how Quake 3, Half Life, and all the PC shooters were better. He didn't listen though as he drifted into becoming an Xbox f4nb0y that played like Half Life 2, Counter Strike and all the good PC FPS years later when they were getting old and they looked crappy on the Xbox. Also he gets like GTA 3 and Vice City 2 years later lol. He just thought everything on the Xbox was the best. And every game on the Xbox was good. If there was a Pony Princess game for it he'd say it was awesome. |

Lol. ![]() Yeah. Games affect your life in many ways. Like when you used to get beat every time by your friend on a certain game and you get all pissed off with them for a while. Or a friend that keeps doing the same old move 24/7 on you whilst playing Street Fighter II or something alike.

lol I hate that. I was playing one of the Tekken games for PS1 once and my friend kept doing like the same kick. I said it was a cheap move then he said Well if it's so cheap then why do they put in the game. It got annoying. Also what is annoying is when you're playing against someone and they always lose and they make up excuses like "you cheated" or "my controllers is broken." |
