Louis Leterrier, director of the doomed-to-be-panned but bound-to-be-popular "Transporter 2", tells IESB that if they don't do a third film in the series, starring Jason Statham, they might do a TV spin-off.

“There are two ways to go about this, either it's successful and we keep doing it; if it's not successful, maybe we'll do a tv series about it, every week he gets a new package. We talked about it with Jason; we want to keep it simple, we don't want a video effects extravaganza", he tells. "We haven't really thought about a third, one film at a time. It would be nice to do a third, but we'll focus on this one right now.”

Guess they'll wait and see how the ratings on the forthcoming "Blade" series fare, hey?
