I feel like this government might apply amnesty to Sison.

IF they do, the government then should make Sison as part of their peace agreement, to call the rest of the commies to lay their arms and end their decades of armed struggle. Anyone who opposes it should be branded as bandits and terrorrists only then they should use their own former NPA rebels to crash their old hardcore comrades with the help of the AFP.

If Sison is going to cooperate and help, he should be welcomed. this will bring down at least half of the strength of the rebel forces. only the hardcore will probably remain and be easily be defeated as long as the economy also improves and more jobs created.

We should let him die abroad of old age and not allow his remains to be flown back to Philippines.

I agree..

We must always remember that he is their (CPP-NPAs) leader, like Mao of PRC, the Kims of North Korea and Stalin of USSR. The only difference when he is compared to the previous three is that he did not succeed in leading a communist country, yet he is still responsible for all of the bad things that happened, for the bad things his subordinates did and are presently doing.

We should not make any deals with this devil or any other devils because if we do that, it is like selling our "national souls" to him and his minions. He'll surely strike our backs again when he sees an opportunity. He might even be successful if we let them come in, in our government.

Cooperate and help? Then what about the word "justice", justice for the people who are massacred, killed, raped, extorted and robbed by the NPAs with his consent and order?

I totally agree. All former rebels should be throughly investigated first and face the justice. Although in doing so, there would be less rebels that are goin to surrender.

So the best policy here is still, crush the whole rebels including Sison. The government should betray him by offering him all kinds of peace agreement and make him come back to Pinas. Because there's no other way but this or kidnap him from Netherlands if they want to punish Sison.
