kaya pala, i thought shes in legaspi port. thats why it doesnt look like the legaspi port at all. i saw the rear of one gunboat in legaspi once. maybe that was an andrade. thanks man

Its pathetic, we have capabilities to build these kind of boats, and prefer to buy outside junks, where the only reason they failed is they imitated a flawed old hull design.
Modernization should prioritize:

Patrol Ships with air/sub/ship detection, fast & lightly armed for Navy.
Surface Attack Aircraft with anti ship/sub attack capability for Airforce.
SAM with Radars, Close AA battery capable of shooting ground targets too for Army.
This triangle defense will work together and protect us from external threats.
