You could observe that due to the perspective, the encircled freight is actually at the stern of the ship.

Therefore, Mckoyzz' picture does not refute the intel that Ramon will come home with AShMs.

imo, those are merely container vans for transit to phl, contents unknown. whecs are known to carry cargo in the helipad area. seen pics of the dallas on a relief mission way back 2008. cargo was carried on the flight deck with no space for the embarked helo
