'Class '76' eyed in Makati blast By Aurea Calica The Philippine Star Updated January 26, 2012 12:00 AM MANILA, Philippines - President Aquino has ordered tighter security in areas that could be targeted by certain elements following the bomb blast that rocked Makati’s business district Monday afternoon. The explosion occurred amid claims by some sources that former police and military officials, who were charged with various offenses of the Aquino administration were in the “initial stages” of recruiting members to go against the government. Members of “Class 1976” were mentioned as possible culprits. More of the article here. |

people should rally behind Pnoy and report the activities of these 1976 terrorists if seen. we need discipline to change our system for the better. Public servants who turn into terrorism to cover their crimes and get away with it is the lack of discipline that a common trait we have, these need to change now and have those in the public service accountable for their actions and abuses no matter who. this is one way to fight corruption. its not just passing strict laws but also enforcing them to the finish, otherwise we will never progress with prosperity. Remember what late Pres Marcos said. PARA SA IKAUUNLAD NG BAYAN DISIPLINA ANG KAILANGAN. This is a universal truth up to this day. lol. not really funny but its just what is it. So lets all support Pnoy and the country and bigyan ng disiplina ang bayan. ahoooooooooooo. |

@Hitman Is class 1976 already guilty without investigation or trial? Maybe I should not rally to Mr. Aquino and "report the (insert- ALLEGED) activities of these 1976 terrorists".... What are you talking about "bigyan ng disiplina ang bayan"? For one thing the bomb signature has not been identified. No group has claimed responsibility for the blast. No casualties is a good indication. Let us think like you do... Could this have been staged? Why a low profile target? What is the motive? No answers? Then please do not blame a group based on nothing but your imagination and the unsupported statement of your boss Mr. Aquino. |

Whatever evidence we have whether wanting or sufficient we must support Noynoy. He is the lawful legitimate president. Anybody attempting to grab power from him is 100% illegitimate. Unless he is impeached, we should support Noynoy Aquino.

I agree. We do not need another destabilization attempts or activities that will shy away investors and disrupt the growth of the economy, witch will only cause sufferings to the Filipino people and the nation. these new terrorists should be watched and rounded up before they cause more damage and disruption. if they need to be taken out so be it. there are no excuses for such behavior or violation. a terrorist is a terrorist. |

@Hitman, apparatchik and horizon. My loyalty is to the Constitution, Flag, Country and People. The oath was taken a long time ago and never broken. Show me where in the Constitution does it say to be loyal to political personalities? |

No offense Nong, mine is personal. Religion. "YOu give to Ceasar what is suppose to Ceasar, to God what is suppose to Him" . I am not forcing you to do it. I am a government employee. I would not lose anything supporting my Amo, Noynoy. I use to support Gloria too and Marcos when they were still in power. Ngayon bago na ang amo. |
