Meta in Datu Unsay Ampatuan, Maguindanao on Sunday after government troops retook the Maguindanao-General Santos City Highway from rebel control. Mark Navales Troops fire at rogue MILF rebels in Datu Saudi Ampatuan on Monday. Members of the breakaway Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters armed with chainsaws and rifles launched simultaneous attacks across 11 Maguindanao towns which led to clashes with the AFP. Mark Navales Army artillery bombard Camp Farouk, a Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters camp in Maguindanao, on Tuesday. BIFF spokesman Abu Misri Mama said the military drive against them has little effect and will continue to wage a 'jihad' or holy war to achieve their goals. Mark Navales
