Ha there are probably thousands out there who wanted to die anyway and yet make a lot of money for their immediate families! I would take that kind of job only if i were like 80+ yrs old and dying already from sickness.....!

I see, very awkward na man isang inmate may taster pa. She should resign from Congress. how could she served her constituents while under detention ? Baka umaasa pa siya sa kanyang corrupt na Supreme Court. People would again go to the streets to protest against the SUPREME COURT under CJ Renato Corona if the latter continue to show his partiality in dealing with the cases of Gloria Arroyo being her controversial midnight appointee. The Supreme court's action is so obvious, and if they will not change this attitude, they will one day be victims of a lynch mob. |

Corona maybe the CJ but he is not the Supreme Court. At the end of the day he is just still 1 vote out of 15 magistrates. Even if he excludes himself in GMA-related cases, that's just 1 vote taken out. She should resign as Congresswoman? Why not. Can we force her to do it? No we can't. Not even the House of Representative can force her and SB already said that in effect. Until she resigns, she is still an elected official. If the SC decides that the DOJ-Comelec panel is unconstitutional then everything is thrown out of the window as if she was never arrested in the first place. Even the authority of the Pasay RTC is being studied as many are saying that the case should have been filed at Sandiganbayan or the Ombudsman |

There's a huge chance that the Corona Court will again vote majority pro-Arroyo to declare the COMELEC-DOJ panel unconstitutional. But then again, the COMELEC can just refile the electoral sabotage case on its own, either at Sandiganbayan or the RTC, depending on the SC decision. And then there are the various plunder charges. Yet even if convicted, the Arroyo Majority in the SC can still rule in GMA's favor on appeal. Credit GMA for planning ahead by installing guaranteed loyalist justices & the ultimate clincher, her midnight appointee CJ Corona. |

A case such as this should be taken to an outside entity for resolution. There are too many politics in involved for their to be an impartial judgement. |
