Doubt that seriously....I think people are grabbing for straws as a means of saber rattling. Empty rhetoric in my opinion. put the blame on America when things go bad and forget all that USAID and our Program Initiatives have done for the country over the years.... I say stop all aid now, civilian and military and let them flaunder ...... |
