Coz the Government thought they are Hiding but they were just Witch-Hunting about their Whereabouts.. Imagine the court will release a Warrant during the Holiday season?

You think this search for the Ligots was a witchhunt?

I thought these people in Law Enforcement are Wise in knowing their Whereabouts when the Ligots are still in contact with their Lawyers... Going out to Witchunt their locations is just a Waste of Money and Resources..

Just let them issue a Warrant if they are sure that the Respondents are no longer responding to the Courts Request.

Under the Philippine legal system when the prosecutors find probable cause and file an Information before the court, the court automatically issues a warrant of arrest, which law enforcement officers are bound to effect unless and until the accused posts bail.

I think thats what happened here.

These people can't even find Lacson and his exact location and How he is able to leave and arrive in the country...What more with the Ligots?

Kung bumili lang mga Ligots ng remote property somewhere were there are not much people around then it will be pain for those who seek them Arrested.. Not to mention that they have High-Level Lawyers to defend in Courts.

Well thats a limitation well known by many people.

But I believe a witchhunt it was not.

Ganyan lang talaga procedure natin sa court.

There is no point of MINGLING with their whereabouts or tayo naman ang mag-Witch Hunting kung asan sila... Let the Courts do what they're suppose to do. Kaya we just better watch them with our Eyeballs na lang and hope for the best. Except if the LIGOTS is staying right beside your property and failed to inform the Authorities...

Mr. Ligot opted to hide rather than pulling the trigger on his head.
