Mr. Tony Starks the Flying thing you mentioned is ATAC Hawkers Hunters and PAF's S211 Did he hear the sound roar by an F-18? So if he hear it like the aircraft he see. Maybe its a MRF. |

i heard it also since yesterday.. but no visual of the actual fighter jet.. i also saw 1 c-130 this afternoon about to land in clark. not from PAF.. more like US...was thinking if there is an aircraft carrier nearby or the c-130 is delivering something..just my assumption.. there is an ongoing exercise but the odd thing is i am not aware that there is a aircraft carrier involve.. unless that c-130 came from nearby okinawa or guam.. or from the mainland USA |

Three ships, which was reported to arrive from the US were, namely, USS Essex, USS Germantown and USS Denver for the Phiblex... no mention of an aircraft carrier. ![]() http://www.philstar.com/nation/article.asp...rticleid=739145 |

Those would be USMC Marines from japan 2011 On the request for assistance from the Japanese government, the Navy directed the Essex to be deployed off the northeastern coast of Honshu after the massive 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami.[4] The ship was involved in relief activities in the Sea of Japan off Akita Prefecture.[5] Helicopters from the ship helped deliver relief supplies to quake and tsunami survivors along the northeast coast of Tohoku.[6] The ship departed Sasebo in September 2011 for a patrol of the western Pacific. Accompanying the ship were the USS Germantown (LSD-42) and USS Denver (LPD-9).[7] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_Essex_%28LHD-2%29#2011 Those unidentified planes might be AV-8B on routine CAP and the C-130 report must be supplies for the USMC. they do get their mail on time. best time for our pilots to get acquainted with the AV-8B if there's any plans in getting them in the Future. |

Probably just from exercises, seen already flying of them, nothing new really. 2 black hawk 2 chinhook 3 c-130 low flyby with ext tanks 1 f-16 1 ch-53 super stallion |

Modernization should prioritize: Patrol Ships with air/sub/ship detection, fast & lightly armed for Navy. Surface Attack Aircraft with anti ship/sub attack capability for Airforce. SAM with Radars, Close AA battery capable of shooting ground targets too for Army. This triangle defense will work together and protect us from external threats. | |
