In my opinion, better if the changes will start within PMA and PNPA as well, because they are the future Military and Police leaders, they assign Patriotic CCO's that are loyal to the flag and the Country and make "Corruption" their no.1 enemy of the state. Tapos ifloating lahat ng involve to any of this or tanggalin sa puwesto!

I see a possible repeat of what happened to Erap before, nung pinakialaman niya ang "For the Boys" na HUETENG, now it's the more bigger "PABAON" for PNoy konektado din kasi, yung nagpabagsak kay Erap at yung naiipit ngayon eh.... iisa Just my 2 cents

I think it's P. Noynoy's performance as a Leader, wala siyang asim, tigas at talino para sa mga nangyayari. :dunno:of

remember, Philip Pestano also?

http://www.abs-cbnnews.com/video/nation/10...-mull-resigning

YOU SEE NOW GUYS?

GUSTO NILA NG ALL-OUT WAR.

AND WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

The effect of the war will have dire effects on PNoy's effort to focus on the economy.

Worse, mapupwersa ang MILF and their sympathizers like ASG & JI to spread the war to Manila.

Imagine the INSTABILITY?

You see?

Parang lumiliwanag yung destab plot. :nono:

Kung ako si PNoy, LAHAT NG NAGSABI NG GUSTO NILANG MAG-RESIGN AY PALITAN NA NIYA MISMO AGAD.

Baka sila yung kasama sa destab plot.

By the way, hindi takot sa all-out war. But we need to consider all aspects.

i learned somewhere that the substitution of Mar Roxas to Jun Binay as VP is an strategic move by the old gang.

after the election, the plot has begun moving.

now see, this;
Quote:

If the soldiers continue to think that the President is a weakling because of his stand to continue with the ceasefire agreement despite the Moros’ intransigence, I hate to see the outcome.

Vice President Jojo Binay, who’s a colonel in the Marine reserve, is just waiting in the wings—if you know what I mean.

And, of course, you know what I mean if you’re wise enough to read between the lines.

God bless the Philippines if what most perceptive Filipinos fear would come true!

too bad the info reached PNoy's camp already.

but PNoy must not be complacent.

as for this one;
Quote:

There is widespread demoralization in the ranks within the Armed Forces because of a perception by soldiers, rightly or wrongly, that they are being fed to the dogs.

SHOULD THEY BLAME THE PRESIDENT ....?

OR THEIR OWN MILITARY GENERALS (WHO COULD BE THE PAST LEADERS' PAWNS) WHO SENT THEM THERE? :drunk:

should i say, sent them to their deaths?

think about this;

1) sending fresh grads to a very hostile territory

2) no intel given on enemy strength in the area

3) no sound plan on reinforcement

4) no air support sent to at least provide the troops a breather space and dividing wall.

PARA TALAGANG SINADYANG MAPAHAMAK EH.

nagkamali lang ba o sinadya na magkamali?

think about it.

the point is who was the army commander who literally sent a platoon of trainees and fed them to the MILFs? and who among the army tipped off the islamofascist to kill this helpless soldiers. The MILFs admitted receiving a tip from the army..someone is trying to destabilize the Governement and cause demoralization among the soldiers.. next thing you know there is another coup de etat being cooked up..we are witnessing a grand plan to destabilize the peace process and the government and it has its wings in the military..

now, interpret this;
Quote:

Vice President Jejomar C. Binay on Saturday called for a review of the ceasefire agreement between the government and the MILF in light of recent clashes involving government troops and the largest Muslim rebel group.

“I strongly urge that we revisit the terms of the ceasefire agreement with the MILF. We should be very clear about accountabilities,” Binay said a press statement.

“Those who violate it should be punished. There should be greater candor, acceptance of responsibilities and a display of good faith,” he said.

Binay, who is in Bangkok for the Asia Pacific Regional Scout committee meeting, said he is “deeply disturbed” by the recent incidents in Mindanao.

“The lives of gallant soldiers and policemen have been lost and I offer my deepest condolences to their families,” he said.

http://www.mb.com.ph/articles/338670/2-mor...fficials-sacked

instead of supporting what a "statesman" must do in this critical times, he sided with those who wants war.

the strategy is to make the soldiers feel demoralized.

then a lion is sheep's skin comes into the play.

hahaha ... the fish bites the bait.

other personalities who gave their say;

PRO-WAR; (direct or implied)

1) Sen. Juan Ponce Enrile (Senate President and FVR's partner in EDSA 1)

2) Pres. Joseph Estrada (Summer 2000 campaign hero that defeated the MILF)

3) Sen. Panfilo Lacson (former PNP chief, mistah of Gen. Carlos Garcia who's involved in big-time graft in the military)

4) Sen. Chiz Escudero ( the Senator who junked VP bet Mar Roxas and favored VP Jun Binay)

5) Rep. Rodolfo Biazon (former AFP chief under Cory Aquino and current chairman of the House committee on national defense and security)

6) Rep. Joseph Victor Ejercito (Estrada's son)

7) Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago (an ally of Gloria Arroyo during her term)

8) Pres. Fidel Ramos (Special Forces founder) ("but selective strikes only not all out war")

9) Brig. Gen. Jose Mabanta (deputy chief of staff for operations of the AFP.)

10) Col. Antonio Parlade (relieved Army Spokesman)

Note: Estrada might have expressed his pro-war inclination to simply emphasize his past achievements.

PRO-PEACE-TALK; (direct or implied)

1) Sen. Gringo Honasan (part of FVR's team in the EDSA1 and revolted against Cory)

2) Rep. Ben Evardone (Samar congressman)

Quote:

Biazon and Eastern Samar Rep. Ben Evardone, however, said they do not see any demoralization within the AFP.

“They (troops) are sad but sadness does not necessarily translate to demoralization, which affects their performance. But our troops have been performing their duties well,” said Biazon, a former AFP chief.

Evardone said the “path to peace is not a straight and unencumbered path.”

“It is a tortuous one, which resolve is often tested. This is the same uneasy path to lasting peace in Mindanao. Right now we should support the resolve of P-Noy to pursue it,” Evardone said.

Biazon said Aquino should be given more time to exercise his powers in addressing the security situation in Basilan and Zamboanga Sibugay, which is why he is holding off conducting congressional inquiries on the incidents.

Fidel Ramos, the former president said he is saddened by the turn of events especially since he is the founding commander of the 1st Special Forces Company Airborne of the Philippine Army in June 1962. "I'm like a grandfather to them and they are my grandchildren," he said.

He said that while he backed an investigation of the incident, both sides should be investigated.

'Demoralized' AFP officials plan to quit

By Jay Ruiz, ABS-CBN News
Posted at 10/22/2011 8:04 PM | Updated as of 10/22/2011 11:40 PM

MANILA, Philippines - Several senior military officers are upset over the results of Friday's command conference with President Benigno Aquino III.

Instead of holding the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) accountable for the deaths of 19 soldiers, it seems the commander-in-chief even blamed the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) for the violence.

"I was dissatisfied with the performance of the Armed Forces," said Brigadier General Jose Mabanta, deputy chief of staff for operations of the AFP.

They also disagreed with the President's decision to stop pursuit operations against several members of the rebel group.

As a result, some officials are thinking about resigning, adding that it seems their hands are tied while fighting rebel groups like the MILF and the Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army (CPP-NPA).

The same officials were the ones who were dismayed after the government released members of the so-called Morong 43, who were said to be communist rebel leaders.

Colonel Alexander Macario, chief of special operations for Task Force Basilan, and Philippine Army spokesman Colonel Antonio Parlade have already been removed from their posts, according to the orders of the President.

Parlade had said there should be a selective ceasefire with the MILF to bring to justice the killers of his comrades.

But in a text message, Parlade said he has no regrets over his statements, adding that it is better for Filipinos to know the sentiments of many in the Armed Forces.

But the AFP denies the troops feel demoralized over the situation.

"The state of morale and the discipline of our troops remains high. So that's why I'm quite surprised [kung] bakit may reports na ganitong lumalabas," said Colonel Arnulfo Burgos, AFP spokesman.

For now, only time will tell if the senior officials will decide to leave their posts.
