Even if it were really intentional I think we have scope for it. Ramming and bumping is usual practice to give a stern warning rather than firing warning shots w/c can be manipulated into saying they were actually being fired upon.

It may just be an accident but I believe our PN high ranks and the govt should be defensive about it. This "accidental" bump would not happen if those fishermen weren't w/in the shores itself.

Well, actually sir, I posted it first if you'll check the posting date. It just so happen that another forumer also posted few hours later and it went up to the top of the forums' list, hence other forumers commented on it rather than here. I make sure before creating another topic that it was not created already nor posted somewhere else to avoid double postings.
