Very nice. Close to the Air Canada design of 19,000 capacity in Toronto.

Anyway, it's just as big as Araneta coleseum w/ 15,000 for basketball, and 16,500 for other concerts or boxing games. I dont know why they built something like that capacity instead of atleast 19,000 or more. Oh well atleast its new perhaps a lot modern than the old ones they got there.

I believed it's 16K for basketball and up to 20K for boxing and concerts, photo was taken 3 months ago back in May 2011...

This is really nice and the location is great. More people will be able to go here than Araneta w/c most people from the south would rather avoid.

There are plans to build the Corazon Aquino National Stadium at the PAGCOR Entertainment City and once completed in 2015 will become the largest in SouthEast Asia...


P.S. I might be wrong, I just learned that this project is still on hold...

Looks like it will not materialize as reports of investors are backing out of the proposed Multi-Billion Dollar Pagcor Enertainment City are spreading, the project remains on hold after more than 5 years of planning already... :armysad:
