The drydocking process, which includes repainting, minor repairs, refurbishments and installations of additional radars and armaments, was given to Keppel Marine Shipyard located in Batangas. Total cost of the process is around P50 million.

There is no such stealthy talks anymore in any ships like Goyo. Other ships can always detect her with their radars or aircraft radars can also detect her no matter how dark with no stars or moon at nite or how bright the suns is. Im saying, grey is just fine to be with same colors as other PN ships.
