I agree on the issues like the unaddressed poverty. Nonetheless, the call for revolt is not reasonable enough at this time. Revolts at this time will do more harm than good to the economy. When destabilization moves push through, more suffering upon the already burdened citizenry will materialize. |

Philippine navy colonel detained for calling for Aquino ouster Jul 15, 2011, 12:53 GMT Manila - A colonel in the Philippine Navy who allegedly called for the ouster of the government has been confined to his quarters, the chief of the navy said Friday. Vice Admiral Alexander Pama said he ordered the confinement of Colonel Generoso Mariano pending an investigation of a video clip showing him calling on the people and fellow soldiers to replace the government of Benigno Aquino. this is part of a destabilization move by allies of the former administration.. this is to divert the attention of the people on the past massive corruption perpetrated by GMA and her cohorts.. sana naman mga iba sa Military eh wag magpapaniwala sa mga taong gustong guluhin ang ating bayan... di na ba sila natuto na sa huli mga kapwa pilipino lang ang magsusffer because of some misguided individuals.. kung ganyan ang mganyayari sa mga kawal natin na mahilig magpumapel eh malamang di na talaga magkakaroon ng modernization sa military because our government will be suspicious of the motives of some men in uniform and they might use new assets to create havoc..Pag nangyari yun say goodbye to mulitbillion dollars worth of oil in the spratlys..and besides gusto iyan ni Gloria para matakpan ang mga kabulukan niya at makabalik siya sa pwesto.. magsamasama na sila ng mga komunistang Bayan at CPP NPA. mga walang magawang matino para sa bayan.. |

it's a possibility indeed. maybe the past administration is trying to use her contacts in the AFP to create a diversion and preempt the cases involving her. this will include the Ampatuan case and related poll fraud issues. |

Who is this ----- marine reservist? What is his background? Why all of a sudden he comes out of the blue and issue this irresponsible call for a junta? Who is behind this m---n? I did not vote for this president but I will defend the civilian government with my life if ever the military tries to take over to establish a junta.

Havent you notice the timing of his statements? Just when numerous plunder cases are being hurled against Gloria and her cohorts, just when Bedol came out to give his account on how the manipulated the 2004 presidential elections to favor Gloria.. just when the congress is going to investigate the Hello Garci scandal... and the numrous scandal and corruption cases involving her, her family and her cohorts in numerous Governement agencies like the PCSO, PAGCOR, DOTC, DA,DPWH etc...are being investigated.. Then this creep comes out to divert peoples attntion... you dont have to be a college graduate to be able to decipher his motives and who is behind him.. Perhaps a huge amount of money is involve for him to sacrifice his pensions.... No more of this kind of people in the military or we better kiss the AFP modernization goodbye! |

But when we entered the service to become a dedicated citizen, we pledge and sacrificed everything, including our family... BAYAN MUNA BAGO PAMILYA. But Col., this is not the way. We are tired of ousting several Presidents. We are tired People Power were civilians and uniformed personnels gets hurt, just because of such patriotism and self-serving decisions. We have a due process which you could have opened it after your retirement. You have diminished and stained your name. We all suffer for everything. If you have been having that grievance, it would have been best that you have resigned and transferred to a private firm. We have families to survive. Why are you like this? Are you expecting for something upon retirement that is not anymore given? Are the retirement package not enough? Pls do not incite for another calls to oust. There is no justice to put new stains in the military ranks.  SORRY BUT WE WILL NOT SUPPORT YOUR CALL.I now call on all our countrymen and those in service to remember that we have a duty to protect the constitution, protect the nation. We have pledge to the nation and not to our pockets!

Now, here's another clown publishing his adventurism stunt. He is a Reserve Colonel. Where was this joker during the time of Gloria Arroyo when the country was under siege by election cheating and enormous corruption ? Look my friends, his acts are so obvious. He is obviously paid to create a smokescreen and squirt squid black ink onto the exposed Arroyo corruption now under scrutiny that may result to filing of several plunder cases against her. Funny way to obstruct the course of justice. This guy is definitely one of the "alipores" of the Arroyos as a matter of fact Gloria Arroyo was responsible for his promotion and perhaps assignment. He should be investigated and undergo polygraph test on how much did he received from the Arroyos to divert the attention of the people while majority of the nation is following the plunder investigations now in progress. This is another diversionary tactics of the Arroyos. A cell should be reserved for this Reserve Colonel at Bicutan. |
