It was in response to TOPPs earlier suggestion that China should have forcibly evicted occupants of islands.

Which country has just sent a heavily armed ship to the area with news reports reading like "Philippine Navy Flexes Muscles".

China has sent only unarmed patrol ships and no here has yet posted evidence supporting your claims of Chinese aggression.

So what you can say about sending PLAN Chinese Frigate 560 in the West Philippine Sea too and fired 3 salvos at our poor Fishermen...

How about the killing of 70 Vietnamese sailors back in 1989

Sang-ayon ako jan. Dahil wala na siyang ibabato na punto eh ako naman ang personal na tinira. Ayos lang yon. I am what I am and I was and always honest. The case was about communist China being "non-aggressive" and has nothing to do with my job. If only I do have the authorization of giving out information then I will and this forum will be the first one to know. Let's not waste time on this kind of people who uses ignorance to their advantage. It's not productive and unprofitable.

Thanks my Filipino Comrades.... there is no point of further discussing with this guy anymore. Better focus on ourselves to help our PN and PAF in modernizing their capability..

I wonder why the deployment of Humabon was perceived by media to head on with the China Maritime boats. It is merely a symbolic sovereign patrol by the PN and not to counter any foreign ships either civilian or military passing our 200 nautical miles zone. There is no way that Humabon will block the 3000 tonner Haixun escorted by an armed vessels of China.
Address Spratly Island to KALAYAAN ISLANDS, South China Sea to WESTERN PHILIPPINE SEA or Kanlurang Dagat ng Pilipinas.

When the discussion turn in circles that the word "why" is always used, then it becomes childish and irrelevant. This forum would not recommend children to get into a fray of discussion otherwise it will turn into a frenzy of nonsense. We will just ignore
those whimsical ideas otherwise we will also be drag to dive into a pool of idiocy. This guy IMHO cannot professionally articulate sensitive and complicated issues of the thread maturely and he deserved to be ignored once and for all. I rest my case with him.

I believe that China's future policy on this disputed territory will depend on how the ASEAN claimants will respond to its aggressive moves. If we act in a way that we're sending out a signal of appeasement then China will take advantage of our apparent weakness and unwillingness to confront it. But if we make a calibrated military and diplomatic signals to Beijing that we are steadfast in our claims and territorial integrities then China might think twice before further moving its chess pieces.

But the best response to China's overtly agrressive behavior in the disputed Spratlys territory is a unified ASEAN program (which is easier said than done). But acting individually, almost all ASEAN countries can be easily handled (or manhandled) by China.

Pathetic how you people ran around in circles like panicking chicken when you ran out of intelligent arguments, all you can muster are personal insults. :lollol:
