Gen. Rosales even threatened the reporter, then backtracked . The reporter based her story on a leaked ISAFP report proveded to her by a source from within. Naturally, the head of ISAFP will deny the existence of the report since its tantamount to accepting that there's a security breach in his agency. Besides, he is also a cavalier, like Gen. Rosales. |
