On the other side of the coin, children who have learned to get scared of the police will also learn to follow the law as it is a continuing process of parents to teach their children to respect the police and the law as they grow up. |

The best thing that a cop can do is to have COURAGE to tell his officer that receiving "kotong" is bad. |

A cop and his officer both knew that receiving a "kutong" is detrimental to their sworn job. They are no longer babies to tell each other. |

Why would you ask me ? You are already out of the topic I warn you. If you know of some cops to be doing this, why would you not ask them ? Your reply is utterly personal and confrontational. How would you explain that ? |

It was never my intention to be personal and confrontational as to you. Firstly, I don't know you. How could I attack someone I don't know?I only would like to thresh out this matter of corruption, which appears to be the very problem of this country and so befits a thorough discussion in a respectable forum such as yours |

If you want to continue to discuss about corruption in the PNP, choose the appropriate thread, and focus on the issue itself then inject a constructive and sensible discussion. I know that you have this ability that can make you an asset to this forum so as to avoid somebody to accidentally blow up your cover. |
