PMA NCBO 2003; Looking for my mistah

I was part of the PMA NCBO 2003 in April 1999 and I would like to check if my close mistah and buddy finished the Philippine Military Academy? I cannot remember his full name but part of his name was Rodrigo. I remember Lieutenant Suli (last seen in the Oakwood Mutiny) our class topnotcher during our 1st day of training - he was really physically and mentally prepared that the upperclassmen from PMA Class 2000 or 2001 would make him an example to us. Also do anyone here knows my upperclassmen - Donga and Plaza? They are I think from PMA Class 2000 or 2001 and they were the ones assigned to handle my squad. What I can remember is that Plaza introduced himself as a midshipman.
