Went home to the province to vote and local ops captured these 5 goons armed with M-16s captured early this morning.. they claimed they are from Samar and hired by a candidate to harass his opponents

After the court case, the firearms are forfeited and become properties of the government. There are still processes and procedures to be followed before the court will endorse it to the AFP or PNP as the case maybe for proper disposal under strict auditing procedures.

It is a possibility that cannot be ignored or discounted. The Ampatuan massacre case is a precedent.
