Does the PMA compete for the Sandhurst Cup?

It's an annual, international competition where cadets test out various military skills in various events and the competition is usually held at the USMA campus at West Point. Military academies from around the world each send one or two teams of their cadets there and this year was the first time Afghanistan's military academy sent a team, as the ff. report below states:

Sandhurst Cup 2009

This year, the team from Canada's Royal Military College won the cup!

Well, does anyone know if the PMA has ever sent a team there?
