hmmm...the bright red bandana the soldier is wearing - makes him a very visible target to enemy marksmen.

Even the situation of the children in the vehicle is degrading and unsafe. There is nothing in sight that this unfortunate people were given assistance by the government while relocating themselves into safer grounds.

The sight of heavily armed soldiers has a tremendous impact to the children mentally that can affect their psychological well-being. It bespeaks of a non-compassionate government .

the soldier with the red bandana looks like a rebel soldier or an MNLF/ MILF fighter, and the small soldier beside another white vehicle in the pic (medyo far) is wearing a helmet so it might be a government soldier... in between them i think is the boundary between MNLF/ MILF territory and government territory (the one with a motorcycle)...

just my hint on your question comrade iron dragon (i may be wrong you know...)

that's definitely a PA soldier and he is definitely wearing non-regulation headwear and to think he's a machine gunner, he will make a very visible target to enemy fighters out to take the big gunners first.

his immediate superior is very lenient indeed.

Leniency is synonymous to ignorance.
