my guess would be NavSOG. the SF boys use a greener version of the tigerstripes. also, i would think that they're in a navy base, seeing a marine sentry in the background. |

thanks yanyan, got this from a time magazine article re the anti-terror war in mindanao. what the navsog teams need are individual tactical radios when theyre on patrol, its really a lifesaver and effective force multiplier. the new harris radios probably did not reach the navy
