I'm sure our own flyboys given the training and equipment would not be far behind. i always thought it was the Kfir that was the product of Mossad's coup, it turns out it was the Nesher. In other topics about the PAF getting russian equipment, it was almost always pointed out that it would take a long time for our pilots to transition from american to russian planes, (if ever) how come all it took the israelis were to change the control markings from russian and arabic to english and hebrew, and briefings by the iraqi defector? i'm no pilot but i think the basics of flying are the same with any plane, just takes more time and training to be proficient.
