Are you talking about the Oakwood case? Because if you are, its 7 years less one year for each mitigating circumstance, of which there are three, less time served, which is nearly four years. So they will be serving ten months only until January 2008.

It was those involved in the 1986 Manila Hotel take-over that were made to do push-ups by then CS AFP, Gen. Fidel Ramos. Those involved in the 1989 coup like then Capts. Danilo Lim, Ernesto Cutiyog, Nestor Flordeliza were incarcerated until they were given amnesty by in 1995 by the Ramos administration and some were allowed to re-enter the military with accelerated promotions to be at par with their contemporaries.
