Coincidentally, even half of the fleet of the British Navy is rusting in its ports.

They are cutting cost too.

i think we can participate in this "a thousand-ship navy" even if we had no missile boats: Naval Intelligence.

but for me, i think we should have a number (more than a number) of fast patrol boats to meet our minimum demand for naval security. then, as money is available, we could purchase some missile boats as well...
